I’ve been noticing how much trash ends up around the river after busy weekends, and it makes me wonder what more we can do locally to keep the environment cleaner. A couple of neighbors and I tried organizing a small cleanup, and while it helped, it felt like just a drop in the bucket. I think a lot of it comes down to small steps that add up. For example, there’s a coffee shop I go to that switched to reusable cups for dine-in customers, and it honestly made me think more about my own habits. I’ve also seen a few businesses in kingman az promoting eco-friendly options, like recycling bins and water refill stations, which is awesome. If more places followed that lead, it could really shift the mindset here without feeling overwhelming for people.
