How To Set Up Epay Portal For AT&T Activations

Once we set up your account for AT&T prepaid activations then you will receive the welcome letter from Epay like below. You can read this full artical or you can watch the Youtube video



Welcome to epay WebPOS!

Your new WebPOS account has been setup and is ready for use providing you with immediate access to a wide range of prepaid activations, airtime refills, mobile phones, SIMs and more!

Below you will find detailed instructions on how to access your new WebPOS account. Please read carefully as each step is very important.

  • Your Store Name: AH Prepaid inc

  • Address: 520 North main st #206

  • Angels Camp CA 95222

  • epay terminal ID: 80617777

First, you will need to install your WebPOS digital certificate on (each) computer that will be utilizing this account. Please follow the instructions below:

  • Click on this Link to download & & install your digital certificate.

  • You will be required to login to WebPOS to proceed with the download:

    • User Name — 2095596108admin

    • Password — A$2TgK

  • After you login, you will be asked to reset your password.





Enter a new password twice and then click on Update and then on Done.

  • Password must be a minimum of 8 characters.

  • Should contain at least one uppercase letter.

  • Should contain at least one lowercase letter.

  • Should contain at least one numeric character.

  • Should contain at least one special character (e.g.: !, @, #, $, %).

  • The password cannot contain common words (e.g.: "Password").

  • After updating your password, log in to proceed to download the certificate. Please select 'Download' if prompted.

  • If the install option doesn't appear, download the file; however, remember where the file gets downloaded to. When the download is complete, locate and open it.

Opening or installing this file will begin the installation using a Wizard.

Follow the steps below to navigate the Wizard.

First, you will be presented with this screen:




Click next


Click Next



Enter your private key password: )J1G4z7Jus?-8t>

Make sure the 3rd box is the only one checked as indicated above

Click "Next"


Click "Finish"

You will receive the following message screen if the certificate has been correctly installed:


Click "OK"

Now, click this link and you will be presented with the following screen:


  1. Log in with these temporary credentials:

    • User Name — 80612855admin

    • Password — Enter the password you updated above.

  1. Once you are successfully logged in, you will see the following screen:


  • On this page(above), click on the link "Users".

    • The page that is presented (below) is where you will create 1 or more sales users. (Sales users must be created to be able to sell products).

    • Here, you will create sales users by clicking on the "Add User" button.



  • The screen below will appear.

    • Fill out this form to create a new user:


  • Enter the username (RMS Login)

    • Email Address

    • Enter their new Password

    • Retype Password

    • Check "Force user to reset password"

    • Enter first and last name

    • Select "Add User" at the bottom.

  • Do not share your username or password with anyone even if they are an epay employee.

  • Do not leave your computer unattended during a remote session, remote sessions are only held at your request or for troubleshooting purposes; epay representatives will never perform transactions on your behalf during a remote session.

  • epay strongly encourages all retailers using WebPOS to submit a static IP address to our customer service team to help mitigate losses associated with fraudulent transactions occurring from users accesing your account from outside your store. Retailers are liable for sales from any and all IP addresses. A static IP address may involve a small upcharge with your internet provider, but can prevent large losses associated with fraudulent access to your account.
